UChoose Rewards Points
With your North Georgia National Bank Debit Card you can earn UChoose Reward Points. You can make purchases at thousands of merchant locations that accept MasterCard and earn points towards merchandise, travel, gift cards and more. You will earn one point for every $2 you spend by making a signature-based transaction or a PIN based transaction.

Dispute Expert is a debit card service that is available to you 24 hours a day - 7 days a week! Don't let the name fool you...this service isn't just for card disputes, it provides many solutions, such as:

Premium Texting
When a transaction occurs that appears to be fraudulent, it is flagged by our Fraud Prevention Program. Premium Texting provides us with a way to notify you quickly regarding possible suspicious activity on your NGNB debit card.
- All cardholders will be automatically enrolled into Premium Texting services.
- There will not be an initial mass text to opt-in.
- Customers will only be notified when a transaction is flagged and a case is created.
- All messages from EnFact will generate from the short-code 37-268.
- All calls will show from 877-253-8962 or 877-253-8964.
- This service will not change the current number for Debit Card Activation and PIN changes.
- If there is no response to the voice call or text message, the card will be restricted to prevent further use.

New Card Management and Spend Tracking Within the NGNB Mobile Banking App!
Designed to optimize your experience, this new feature can be found by tapping "Cards" right inside of our mobile banking app. In addition to all of the features you are used to, you will now have access to:

- Enriched transactions to clearly see where your purchases are made
- Recurring payment visibility for subscriptions and cards on file with merchants
- Controls and alerts for location, merchant type, and spending limit preferences

1) If you haven't already, download the NGNB mobile app.
2) Turn on automatic app updates so you have access to the newest features as soon as they roll out!
3) Enable push notifications in our mobile banking app so you know exactly what to expect and when.
